RB Counselling provides professional counselling and therapy for clients across County Londonderry and Northern Ireland. Based on the Lisburn Road in south Belfast, we offer both in-person sessions and online therapy for clients throughout Derry and beyond.
Our counsellor Raymond offers a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs, including person-centred counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR for trauma, psychosexual therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. Sessions are available in person at our Belfast practice or online for clients across Derry and County Londonderry.
RB Counselling holds full accreditation with BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists), and specialist qualifications in EMDR and EFT. All sessions are fully confidential and conducted in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
No GP referral is required to access counselling. Many clients in Derry begin with a free initial consultation, which gives you the opportunity to discuss what you're experiencing and whether working together feels right for you.
